progress?

Hey, everyone. I hope you are all making some headway with this report. So far i have played it by the book: read a bunch of abstracts and about six articles--so far. I also scanned the titles of each of the articles in my selected editions attempting to isolate patterns, trends (?) And I think I may have discovered a few. For instance,  I have noticed  that before a certain point (the 60's) there was not much written reflection re: minority ( is the that the right word?) literature. The further you go back into the editions, the whiter and more European the content.  Which makes me wonder: what will the content of future journals be? Will they eventually abandon the multicultural and return to the more traditional stuff? I wonder. Maybe the focus will shift completely away from both, but toward what?...Would love to hear what anyone thinks:)!  My personal Email is: jlfurnell@gmail.com
